The Life You Mean to Live
Most of us know the gap is there. We just don’t talk about it much.
A day can work perfectly well and still leave a quiet sense that the life you are living was assembled from reasonable choices, rather than deliberately chosen.
Meaningful explores that gap and a daily practice for closing it.

Ask about the book →The life that accumulates. The life you choose.
The incidental life grows from circumstances, relationships, opportunities, and reasonable next steps. Much of it may be good. Over time, it develops its own momentum.
A deliberately chosen life begins by examining what you believe, the values you have tested, and how you actually spend your days. It is the same life, taken into your own hands through repeated choices.
The book begins with the life you already have: a full calendar, imperfect relationships, and responsibilities that cannot be set aside.
Three daily acts.
Name what is true.
Be specific about what is true right now.
Choose a direction.
Choose one concrete direction for the day.
Act before the day ends.
Make the choice observable in something you do.
Weekly review connects individual days to a larger pattern. Failure is expected; the practice begins again with the next honest choice.
This work extends the company’s continuing exploration of deliberate living, from the IDEAL process to the daily practice behind The Meaningful Project app.
